Alan Supp is the founder of Lyon Capital Advisors, serving as a Financial Advisor affiliated with Cantella & Co., a dually licensed full-service FINRA Broker/Dealer and SEC Registered Investment Advisor. Alan serves both institutional and wealth management clients and has broad experience in wealth and portfolio management, with a focus on fixed-income and alternative investments.

Alan began his financial advisory career at McDonald & Company in 1996 under the mentorship of his father George Supp and John Wert. Most recently, Alan was employed with Morgan Stanley, were he served as a Wealth Advisor, Government Entity Specialist and Director or Alternative Investments.

Alan is a Suma Cum Laude Graduate of Hope College of Holland, Michigan with a BS in Biology and was elected to the National Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. He is also a Graduate with Honors from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University and practiced medicine for six years before becoming a Financial Advisor.

Alan is an Associate Member of the West Michigan Society for Chartered Financial Analysts, of which he has won several awards for market and interest rate forecasting. He is an active member of the Grand Rapids Rotary, the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association and the West Michigan Veterinary Medical Association. 

Alan and his wife, Sharon, support the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging with the sponsorship of a child in Guatemala. Alan is an active volunteer of Blandford Nature Center, currently serving as the Investment Committee Co-Chair. He has served in the roles of Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chair of the Donor Development Committee. Church, community and outdoor activities are an integral part of Alan's life.
